pesonally I think Madara and Nagato but state what you guys think.

i'm leaning towards hiruzen and hashirama, but it could go either way. 2 rinnegan users is a very powerful team

Edo Madara would take care of Hashirama. He has the Rinnegan now and wood release techniques. I don't know how good Hiruzen was in his prime but Kishi did state that he was the best Hokage so I don't know man... I'm calling for a draw on this one. Though I'm leaning more towards Madara and Nagato.

Hashirama and Hiruzen would emerge victorious IMO, although I think Nagato would cause them some troubles.

By prime do you mean what Kabuto referenced was his prime, a.k.a. Alive, EMS, or his strongest point, Edo Mokuton/Rinnegan?

If you mean EMS, I go team Hokage, as Hashirama > Madara, and Nagato > Hiruzen, then I believe Hashirama would be in a better condition due to dealing than Nagato.

If you mean Moku/Rinnegan, I go team Nagato/Madara, for obvious reasons.
