Either there is some kind of way to control Obito? After all, Obito does use Madaras eye, doesn't he?
And Madara could perform Tsukyomi or perhaps Madara can use Shisuis ability? This is if Juubito isn't Immune!

But shouldn't there be a possibility that the Trump Card would be to try sacking out all power out of Naruto and Minato... Madara would be on Juubito Level... I'm saying this because it would clearly be the easy way...

However, Naruto still hinting that he got all bijuu powers etc... my guess is that Naruto will become another Juubi in the end

I think that it is somw kind of trasfer like Orochimarus, maybe this is what Madara wanted, think about it Obito has a body that could merge with that Hasirama clone an regenerate himselfe, and now he has the Juuby inside him, perfect body to transfer to, i think that obito was payed big time, or this Madaras B plan

I guess it would be some kind of forbidden sealing/unsealing jutsu that Madara will use his own rinnegan eye & his rinnegan eye in Obito's body to control or extract Juubi.
