Madara transplanting his eyes

How did Madara come about transplanting his eyes to Nagato? Obviously Madara can't take his own eyes out and then perform surgery on a child. He also had to stay attached to the Gedo Mazou in order to live so it's not like he left his cave. How do you think Madara pulled off transplanting his eyes into Nagato?

Another question, how did Madara get a 3T eye when he had to stay connected to the Mazou, any ideas how he obtained that one eye he had when he met with Obito for the first time?

I'm pretty sure he did all of that before attaching himself to the statue. As for the eyes... one at a time? Haha

That's possible, but did Zetsu steal little Nagato and bring him to his cavern or something? It seems strange that Zetsu was able to do this so easily in a warzone when he's kinda weak..

You could be right but how could Zetsu get a Sharingan eye? Surely Zetsu didn't easily defeat some random Uchiha that had a 3T sharingan huh?

Well now that brings up another question, when the hell did Madara attach himself to the statue? Lol Madara isn't that talented, he doesn't specialize in medical ninjutsu.

Nah, Nagato had Madara's eyes before Madara died.

Madara stated to crushed Obito that the sharingan he currently had was a spare, so he had already given his eyes to Nagato while rehabilitating Obito.
OT: Perhaps he did it himself, or with Zetsu? Not for sure, but Shisui ripped his eye out without flinching, so perhaps Madara can remove and implant his own eyes. Who knows?

I forgot Shisui did that so I guess that's possible. It seems like Zetsu is the answer shared by everyone with transplanting Nagato's eyes which I can agree on but what about Madara obtaining the eye he had while he saw Obito? I find it unlikely that Zetsu was capable of taking that eye himself..

I don't think Nagato was aware his eyes were transplanted, I think he believed that he was born with them

That seems to be the consensus around here. And Izuna gave him his eyes, it was willingly.

You seem like you got things awfully twisted man. He never implanted an eye into Obito, Obito has Kamui because his other eye survived the boulder being dropped on it. Madara seemed to have only one eye meeting Obito.
Edit: You should really reread some chapters, you sound like you have a lot of things confused.
