i believe that madara tramp card is: the reaper death seal let me explain:

step 1 : what is the edo tensei jutsu?

the edo tensei jutsu is a variant of the summoning jutsu as kabuto say buy sacrifice a human and using the dead person DNA it will bring back the soul of the dead person... and his body will be re-created

in other words the soul of the dead person is the one that this jutsu bring back and not the body it self...

what madara did back than was to get lose from kabuto control (he might learned that from tobirama)... in other words he was no longer bound to his will... his soul was free


step 2: what is reaper death seal ?

its basically a jutsu that allow to seal the soul of a person with the cost of the life of the jutsu user.

madara is dead which mean that the deamon cant take madara life... i believe the fact obito have some of madara DNA (black zetsu) have a part of madara tramp card...

how madara know the reaper death seal? probably from mito uzumaki the wife of senju hashirama... we know that she was participant at the fight between madara and hashirama...


step 3 : madara plan!


his plan his simple: he will use the reaper death seal to seal his OWN soul into jubito and since the reaper death seal have to take the caster sacrifice he will take obito body / soul / whatever since obito have madara DNA...

madara will be able to take obito body from inside or something just like when naruto fight the nine tails inside his body or something im not sure about that part yet...

Your second point goes against the manga i am afraid, madara's soul was resurrected back by edo tensei meaning if he uses RDS it will take his soul/life.

Example: hashirama and tobirama EDO died when hiruzen sealed them will work in a similar way really.

His trump card is Harashima himself, he's going to find a way to control him, or the same jutsu that orochimaru have, the body transfer technique, this way he will be around S06P level. A full power Senju/Uchiha.
