nagato > Tobirama
Itachi > Hiruzen

-Rinnegan Madara > Hashirama (i believe that when kishi says opposite)
-Rinnegan Tobi with Bujiis >>> Minato (not debatable)
-Nagato > Hiruzen (Paths Power, useless ninjutus, also he can beat anyone in there hashirama is also debatable)
-Itachi > Tsunade (Tsunade is weakest and slowest hokage ever i thought so she can not do anything to itachi)

Actually 2 Rinnegan users, 1 Shari/Rinne user, one EMS and one MS. Hashirama would get beat by madara only, adding others to beat weaker kages well it's not fair for Kages Easy dificulty to Dojutsu team.
