After reading some theories...
I've concluded my own here. I'll make points so its easy to read.
I'll try to be very brief. Here it goes:
1. Considering Tobi is Izuna.
2. Madara knows how to revive people using the Rinne Tensei.
3. Rinnegan is the Key here.
4. Madara gave his Rinnegan to Nagato
5. Nagato doesn't know who Tobi is.
6. Madara knows Zetsu.
7. Tobi knew about the Uchiha stone (we know that) as he is Izuna.
Okay so now the theory
After Madara got the Rinnegan he spammed it and he knew he's gonna die.
Then he revived Izuna and told him about the Moon's Eye plan. Furthermore, Madara asked Zetsu to help Tobi to find new light. Then he gave the Rinnegan to Nagato as Madara didn't trust Tobi/Izuna. Afterall he took his eyes in the first place so that he could be more powerful than his Izuna.
Supposing Tobi befriended Zetsu and got Obito's Eyes and learnt S/T techs. And then Tobi thought of betraying Madara using Moon's Eye plan for himself.
And we saw when Tobi came to know that Madara is revived he was terrified and then later he said its already late and now is trying to revive ten tails.
And Madara said somewhere he would go and capture Kyubii for himself.
Also Madara know Tobi is Izuna thats why he isn't much bothered about him and he doesn't know that Tobi has got Rinnegan and can use Moon's Eye Plan for himself. So he is just having fun with the Kages.
Tobi knew he needs Rinnegan to use Moon's eye plan... So he has it and doesn't need Madara anymore.
Lastly, Moon's Eye Plan was ciphered on the Uchiha Stone.

Things missing:
1. Nagato didn't revive Madara as he wanted it.
2. If a person is revived by Rinne Tensei then does he get his eyes back? And if he does then Tobi/Izuna didn't need help of Zetsu at all and also Tobi has got EMS in one eye? And thats why Tobi is spamming all that S/T tech all the time.
3. When Nagato met Jaraiya and Oro then he shouldn't have been a kid or considering at the time of war Madara was alive or had died just before it. And he kept himself low as he was about to die and didn't want anyone to take his eyes.
4. And if Madara had died just before that time of war then i wanna know when did Obito die? As it relates to Tobi/Izuna and his revival.
I'm confused in this part.

Conclusion:
Madara & Tobi know each other but Tobi doesn't want Madara to win/interfere.
And Madara doesn't know Nagato is dead and Izuna has his Eyes!
I'm not trying to prove here who Tobi is as i don't care, let him be Obito or Izuna it doesn't matter. But i feel Tobi and Madara know each other and Tobi is betraying him.
