I think that there is someone who helped Madara give his eyes to Nagato and someone who saved Obito.That guy maybe trained Obito(there is no chance that Obito could grow so powerfull widouth someone to teach him.) Madara died with rinnengan so he could not possibly give his eyes to Nagato. He entrusted that mission to someone else. And that person saved Obito and told him everything. Thats how Obito knows everything.
But there is still a big holl about Obito attacking Konoha with 14 yeras. Maby that guy is Zetsu or he is the one who attacked Konoha under the mask.
