Madara the unselfish and pride-less villain.?

Ok this thread is for those who keep saying that when MADARA stated ,
"I have told you hashirama is the only one capable of stopping me", he is not giving himself enough credit. NOW THAT IS STOOPID (yes those are "O" in stupid). Madara is the most Prideful, Egotistical , Cocky, selfish (liltle less then others) villain in the show.

Madara has no need to be kissing Hashirama's booty and saying non-sense like "he is the only one capable of stopping me" , when Hashirama can't.. BUT since he is saying it, it probably means that Hashirama was a worthy guy and strong dude.

So please DON'T EVER and i mean EVVEERRRRR say that Madara is not giving himself enough credit or he just respecting Hashirama. When in reality He hates Hashirama the most.

Is anyone else annoyed when "madara is not giving himself enough credit" excuse is used to prove wrong that Hashirama has a chance against him? or is it only me?

I honestly don't see how Hashirama >= Edo Madara if he was barely better than EMS Madara...but that's just my opinion.

The only reason why he says "I have told you hashirama is the only one capable of stopping me" is because he wants someone to revive hashirama so he could fight. In their previous battle, madara merely lost to him to get senju dna, thats all. Now he has the rinnegan and mokuton etc... he wants to show hashirama his TRUE powers this time. xdxd

Madara isnt cocky. He knows he is powerful and can back up his claims. He acknowledges that hashirama was the better ninja. The ONLY other ninja that has ever single-handly stood up to his power.

Madara was beaten by Hashirama, disrespecting someone who's stronger than him is disrespecting himself as Hashi is superior in combat thus making Madara inferior.

Not to mention he accepts defeat, which is a honorable thing to do.

Madara is bigging up Hashirama to retain his pride in losing. It doesn't make sense that with some of Hashi's power, the rinnegan and the EMS he had before that he wouldn't beat Hashi, especially considering the fight was so close the last time. By constantly making Hashirama seem godly he is justifying his loss. That isn't to say Hashirama wasn't extremely powerful, its just now Edo Madara is too powerful for Hashirama.
