Minato predicted it, Naruto was given the Kyuubi to fight him, Tobi's fighting the main character right now, and he's also the last villain Kishi has yet to show again. :noc:

Well I don't think anyone is arguing about that. I find it more plausible to lose against some other Legendary Shinobi, rather than overrated Minato. They say EMS Madara and Hashirama were fighting till sunset. I think it's embarrassing you can lose against an overrated opponent within 5 sec.

tobi is the main villain. but madara is very close to as important as tobi. madara's name has been mentioned from the beginning, his fight with hashi, the power he gained from hashi, his link to nagato and tobi, he is also a person trying to achieve the moon eyes plan, the secrets of how he unlocked the rinnegan are still unknown. he is very essential to the plot almost as much as tobi IMO

the best villain to date IMO is still oro. the anime had very good background music for him too his ideas were more pure evil and he seemed to just strike fear as soon as he came

Almost as much as Tobi in the sense that Madara's sort of set the pavement for the current story through Tobi using his name. But aside from that, I'd say Tobi is the main villain.

Yes mostly but is also important because of his transition to rinnegan, his fight with hashi and also his link to nagato. He is the key to a lot of loose ends but overall it seems tobi is the main villain.

Tobi is fighting the main character and will die soon. There is a reason we have been hearing Madara through the series. I can't see Tobi taming the Juubi, only Madara is capable of controlling such beast. That explains alot why he wants to revive Madara, because he can't control that power.
