But now theirs four of them, still out there so I'm sure he switched places with one of them to survive. He might not exist in the real world but he'll be alive in Limbo and then it'll be Sasuke and Naruto vs Kayuga and Madara.

He cannot switch places with it. He can just use Limbo as offense and defense. Original madara will still continue to exist in real world when the limbo is active. So thats not limbo clone. Besides only senjutsu can hurt limbo madara.

Besides, how is it naruto and sasuke vs Kaguya and madara if madara survived against BZ? makes no sense lol.

I still won't get it even if Sasuke can't see him (which I doubt)
Even if so how would the transition look? Everyone there (except for Kakash!t and Fodkura) can see/sense each other.

Aside from Naruto and Sasuke, no one ever perceived it. Yet Kakashi and Naruto can see the Madara in front of them, with Black Zetsu's hand through his chest.

Not team up, but if Sasuke and Naruto attack the two then they would have to fight them off dummy.

From a plot standpoint, that would be really stupid. It would be better if Madara resists kaguya's will for a while, and when he gets defeated, Kaguya comes out.

I disagree,because based on the mangafact,when madara being backstab by BZ,madara said that he couldn't move at all,which is in my opinion,if he couldn't move at all,its imposible for him to switch himself with Limbo clone.
