Naruto & Sasuke would win. Naruto's Bijuu/Sage Mode powering Sasuke PS would beat Madara's Susanoo. Not only is their sword able to break the power of the Jubi jinchuriki but Naruto could also add the power of his Tailed Beast Bomb which is powered by Sage Mode. Also Madara's Susanoo lacks mobility, Kurama Susanoo is extremely fast for it's huge size, even catching up with Jubi Obito.
