rinnegan and mokuton Madara is one of the two strongest shinobi so far (the other being so6p). Hashirama took down EMS Madara, not sure if he could also take down rinnegan-mokuton Madara.

Well madaras weakness would be a sealing tech and the only one that can keep up with his infinite chakra and stamina Is Naruto, unless madara keeps spamming big rocks out of the sky, but he woulndt do that coz he's not a spammer. Right now he is the strongest living ninja( well technically edo)
