no it doesn't if you sealed something because you can't kill it, it means that you couldn't defeat and seals have yet to be explained and there are weaknesses to be discovered.

you guys don't relize the sage only modernized ninjutsu he doesn't have a basic understanding of every tech and there are current techs that surpass the old.

madara will still out live sage of six path's, but you guys will say that the sage can negate edo tensai he didn't even create the jutsu so he cannot negate any of the effects.

The SO6p founded ninjutsu and created the ninja world, not just modernize it. So according to you, since he didn't create the jutsu he can't stop it? Did Naruto create wood-release? What? Sealing a bijuu and becoming a jinchuriki is waayy different than sealing a ninja away forever(or until the sealer unseals). Bijuu stay inside the host until extracted or the host dies....in orochimarus case, he's sealed by itachi forever, especially since itachi(orochimarus sealer) is dead. *face palm *
