Not saying it's sure, but i think right now Madara is probably even stronger than SO6P before he became Jinchuriki from the Juubi. So i think if current Madara manage to complete his plan and become Juubi's jinchuriki, he will be the strongest character in this manga(even stronger than the 1st Rikudoo himself). Why? Cuz besides the fact he possess all Rinnengan powers just like him, summoning meteors, destroyings mountains, having perfect Susanoo, Mokutons ninjutsus, he has an undying body, unlimited chakra(advantages SO6P didn't had).

Don't forget his plan was to become complete even more complete than the sage. So i believe he is probably stronger than SO6P without Juubis power :scorps:
