When resizing your render, hold the shift button so that it keeps everything in proportion the render is squashed so it doesn't look very good. As for effects there is way too much going on my eyes can't focus on any one thing, it also lacks flow and depth and as for the text. If you want to fit all that in there you may need to make the canvas dimensions larger as the text will overwhelm the render at that size.

Here try this link its a guide rather than a tutorial and it explains what is needed to make good sigs its kinda long but well worth the read it should help you out heaps
