Could someone explain the concept of 'having' the Gedo Mazou inside you?

Being a Juubi's Jinchuuriki, you actually have two separate things sealed.
- The Gedo Mazo
- The Bijuu's
- Juubi=Bijuu's + Gedo Mazo

Naruto, Sasuke and SA only extracted the Bijuus because Naruto has their chakra, which allows him to link with the real Bijuus[

Because the plot requires Madara to die. Kishi is so unoriginal that he can't find any other way to kill him off. If he didn't die, he would have solo'd the Sage and Foddersuke and Foddernuto neg diff.
