At the end of the day, Zetsu is enforcing its will on Madara. Kaguya's will. Obito was dead when he overpowered him, he had just had the Bijuu taken out of him - which is supposed to kill anyone instantly. Then he revived Madara - a definite killer for him. And to top it all off he had the mazou taken from him - the only thing keeping him alive.

Pretty much what I said to KG covers this. But yeah, unless Obito at the brink of death has will that surpasses Madara's in his prime, which makes no sense, then there's no reason why Madara would....

Actually the Situations are completely different. Madara was controlling Obito remotely, but not using Black Zetsu in any way. In this case, Black Zetsu is spreading throughout Madara's body, which presumably makes the controll much stronger, You can tell by the last panel.

As for swapping with a Limbo Clone, It's unlikely, because he said that he couldn't move, and swapping with a limbo clone is just the Substitution Jutsu.

Madara swapped himself with a limbo clone when he was in the process of getting sealed by Naruto and Sasuke. In the panel, he was also already hit and Naruto's Rasengan was taking effect before he switched out.

I wouldn't say it's a complete certainty but it's definitely a possibility
