Madara should not have his eyes

I'm confused as to why they let zetsu give him his eyes. Did Naruto not sense him? he's in BM form. He could of easily sensed zetsu and assumed he was up to something. Not to wank but i'm sure had Sasuke been there he wouldn't of gotten his eyes back.

Naruto still would of been able to sense him. Kishi must of gave Naruto selective sensing these past 2 chapters.
