We don't know yet. Look at the bottom of the second to last page, it says he's attacking both, so it's still ambiguous. Logically, it would be smarter to attack Sakura rather than Obito who has his eye and black zetsu. Sakura is also trying to crush his eye.

Wait. It doesnt make sense. How can dematerialize to another dimension? Kakashis eye can make distant objects go through another dimension whilst obitos eye can make the wielder go in that dimension. Madara had Kakashi's. Unless it was his limbo version who took the eye and used it on the real Madara.

the other madara , be it limbo or not , is getting sealed by naruto...besides , kakashi used kamui to escape the kamui world once..it's not impossible he can do the opposite , unless he used a clone to kamui himself back to the real world

if it is aimed at sakura she will still be able to stab the rinnegan, since it won't kill her instantly, that is why the rod is obviously aimed at the kunai
