nice fight guys, and honestly, i dont think you can really do that... besides, mabye garra could, scince he *did have* control over the sand and could harden it... but that required the one taile's power, so i dont reallythink u could...

Gaara didn't need the 1-tails to control sand. He only needed the 1-tails to have that automatic defense thing.

Plus, sand is earth.

There are lots of ninja with specific ninjutsu that they specialize in.

Jiraiya specializes in his toad jutsus, but you wouldn't say only he can use em.

And I'm just creating quicksand out of earth. If madara-sensei can create a swamp out of earth, I think it's possible to make sand.

Ya, you can control all water, like I can control all earth.

And you can control different kinds... like if the water you're trying to control is run-off from Tobi's bathtub (DIRTY, VERY DIRTY), then you can still control, as I can control different kinds of earth/rocks.
