Madara,Sasuke,Obito Rushed Into Battle

Blindly and was in for a rude awakening.

Obito rushed things and died against konan. Izanagi saved him though.

Madara rushed things once he got impatient with obito. Black Zetsu gender bendered him

Sasuke rushed into battle on multiple occasions

Against bee which lead to him getting his chest blown out twice

And against the kage which would've gotten him killed had Obito not saved him.

In all fairness Madara did not have a sensei because he grew up with Hashirama creating the shinobi system. But there was no way anybody would've seen that coming. Black zetsu is part natural energy (so you can't sense danger with Sage mode) and he disguised his chakra to match Madara (will confusion). So it's like creating a shadow clone only for that clone with your chakra to stab you in the back.
If he used his limbo to focus on BZ and not Sasuke and Naruto, maybe he wouldn't get caught.

Tobi fell into an abyss ocean. That is impossible to escape or even sense since spell tags don't carry chakra. It's like asking Tobi to evade this:

Sasuke didn't even rush into battle in neither of those tho. Only Raikage did he rush into battle and that was because his hatred was guiding him.
