There's not even solid proof that Sasuke has Tsukuyomi, so you can discard that statement.

It was a terrible chapter. Not because of Kakashi having Susano'o, or it's Perfect form. I could care less about that. It was the fact that Obito Kamui'd out of the afterlife, brought Kakashi with him, Kakashi de-aged got double MS went back out and re-aged. Like, what the actual **** is that shit?!! Complete and utter trash writing. But, whatever, no I'm not mad; just appalled that Kishi has lowered his standards so much. It felt like a bad fanfiction, and most fanfiction actually seems to have better writing that this crap. The thing is that people seem to be defending this crap, if Kishi were to make Naruto absorb Kaguya and gain all of her abilities, you'd swallow it up. But, that's not my business.

Obito didn't bring Kakashi with him. Obito went into Kakashi's mind with his chakra, kinda like what Dan did with Tsunade.

Also, Kakashi de-aging is the same reason on why Rin and Obito appeared young when Kakashi died in the Pein invasion arc.

The first thing is you need to understand Kamui. His eyes can take him anywhere he has a connection to.
So what he did was simple. He had a chakra connection with Kakashi. He kamui'd in Kakashi's head.
From here he gave Kakashi his MS.
