Madara Rinnegan eye original state/condition ìs come in pair/double but Sasuke Rinnegan eye òriginal state/condition is single and with 6 Tomoe.

Thats mean Sasuke eye have all Rinnegan tech that double rinnegan also have.

And he will not awaken another Rinnegan eye.

No he will not , the reason why sasuke has only one rinne is simply due to hago giving him half his chakra starting from the " dominant " side of his body which resulted in the mutatation takin place at that side only since the "yin" chakra was mostly concentrated there similar to naruto's yang (jesus power ) bein on his dominant side where he recieved the chakra/seal.

If sasuke recieved hago's full yin/yang chakra then he would have two tomoe rinne eyes as would indra

Hagoromo modified his chakra inside Sasuke body and gave him single tomoe Rinnegan that still retained all six path techniques that double rinnegan had.

But if you talking about normal Rinnegan transformation or how to awaken normal rinnegan, Sasuke need Ashura and Indra chakra and wait for many years before his sharingan eyes turn/change into Rinnegan eyes like Madara cases.

Sasuke already have Hashirama's cells, that's not what he needs. He needs Naruto's cells as Naruto current have Ashura chakra. Madara got both eyes by getting Hashirama's cells when Hashirama had Ashura chakra so he had both Indra (Yin) and Ashura (yang) chakra to awaken Hagoromo's chakra (Yin Yang). Sasuke only have one Rinnegan because Hagoromo only gave Sasuke his Yin chakra.

Getting Naruto's DNA would give Sasuke another Rinnegan. Sasuke's one Rinnegan is not greater than both Rinnegan of Madara's, Madara has more power having both; Obito couldn't use both because it was too much for him so he had to use only one. Having both eyes bring out the eyes true power, Sasuke only have the power in one eye so it would be the same as having both eyes for that greater power like Madara (who was nerfed heavily). Remember, Sasuke have only Hagoromo's Yin chakra while Madara have Hagoromo's yin yang chakra.
