I think when he became the Juubi's host, he cannot use all of his former powers, which nerfs him greatly. Madara, like Obito, can only use the black powers. He can't even use Mokuton or Susano'o.

Madara isn't using Mokuton or any Rinnegan/Sharingan techs, even without Obito there. Obito had full control as you saw he was able to act accordingly.

Why would he? He has barley lifted a finger in battle after he became the Juubi's Jin. Its the same as saying that Naruto cannot use Tailed Beast Bomb anymore because he hasn't spammed it like Rasengan.

I said exactly that, only I said the reason was because he couldn't control the Juubi properly.

Just because Obito couldn't use Kamui doesn't mean that juubi jinchuuriki's lose their former abilites.
Obito not using Kamui was just a plot device to make him weaker, because when you combine Juubi with Kamui you become more overpowered than the current madara.

the only reason Obito couldn't use Kamui was because of the size of the Juubi's chakra/he couldn't teleport it/was overwhelming.

Susanoo is NOT Madara's strongest asset (that is if he can't use it), the Rinnegan is and he's the second most efficient Rinnegan user after the Sage.

so let's see what Rikuduo Madara has over Pre-Rikuduo Madara :

- a significant increase in speed/raw strength.

- a significant increase to his chakra pool/durability.

- the ability to cancel/erase jutsu from existence.

- TBB's.

- can still use the Rinnegan's full power.

no good sir, the current Madara is beyond anything we've seen in the series so far.

it would make no sense that he wouldn't be able to use mokuton as the juubi has been shown to use it as one of it's main abilities, if anything he gets an even bigger boost in that area. the only reason obito couldn't use mokuton is the juubi probably canot easily pass through dimensions unless under certain circumstances like not forcefully taking it's power. although i will say i doubt we will see him use susano as long as he is the jin of the juubi as comparatively it's power is nothing.
