To raise it, Kabuto must have DNA or real body of Madara, from where he obtained it without Obito feel it.
I doubt Obito has taken the body and buried it in the ground like all the ninja, then it would be easy to Kabuto to find him, but no.
Obito also took Nagato's body in its dimension but Kabuto found him and raised him with Edo Tensei.

Where storage is Obito these corpses, and how Kabuto took DNA from them without being caught?

This is where kabutos master espionage skills come in.Remember oro was part of akatsui and they were doing research on the rinnegan for awhile it is not hard to say since kabuto has been in every village that he knew where nagato was residing before he got himself killed.Many people keep forgetting he was a spy and that him and oro were researching for years on the subject and had access to akatskui plans.And its not like oro didn't know the members of akatskui plus if you can recall agato met oro when he was a young boy

This is so easy indeed. After Kabuto and Obito agreed to fight together, Obito gave him the bodies or other requirements and kabuto gave Tobi additional supreme powers like prime madara and improved Zetsus.

from what i remember u dont need the body to revive someone with edo tensei, but u need the body when u use the rinnegan to revive someone, im not 100% do, correct me if im wrong
