That's filler (since he hasn't been shown using that technique in the manga), so I don't think it has a name or any significance in terms of Madara's power.

It's not canon. Kishimoto never wrote it, that's why.

because that fight never really happened in the manga. It is currently being told by Hashirama. That OVA didn't show Hashi's sage mode either.
