People think Madara's Perfect Susanoo can destroy the universe. Well that is wrong he said he can destroy all things in nature because his susanoo is the embodiment of destruction. And it's more valid than Cell's solar system statement.

How is this possible?

Well susanoo is just a manifestation of one's chakra, and chakra is made of imagination energy and physical energy so his statement is valid. Ninjutsu is the molding of these two energies.

Also the guy can materialize his will, using Will Materialisation which is ninjutsu just like the susanoo. And Hashirama's wood constructs are basically embodiments of life/creation they are polar opposites. I also believes this is connected with Indra and Ashura, which will support Madara's statement because Indra is the son of a nigh omnipotent.
