konoha low difficulty for me. Naruto would have a hard time against Madara but i see him winning at the end. At that time, Kakashi/Gai/Tsunade could handle Orochimaru

konoha mid difficulty. Gai 7th gate roflstomps orochimaru, Naruto bijuu mode solos madara high difficulty.

Madara solos, if Nagato was able to destroy it Madara takes it with ease alone.. No need for Orochimaru, even Kyuubi naruto wouldn't do much, and tsunade is weakest Kage, but 5 Kages are no mach for madara so yeah.. Konoha get's raped.

^Agree. Nagato alone half-assed was able to beat Konoha. Madara should be more than enough to stomp the village.
