I don't think Orochimaru can do body transfer with dead bodies and the Alliance isn't stupid enough to leave Madara's body around. I do agree Orochimaru probably found Obito's hideout and he has some affiliation with the hooded guy.

Eyeliner, long flowing black hair, sinister grin and looks like a snake. But it probably isn't even related to Orochimaru and only the eyes should be focused.
