I was thinking the same thing. It was said that she could absorb all chakra, but we never saw it happen. Maybe Naruto and Sasuke had better chances of that happening because of the SO6P abilities?

If absorption doesn't work though I think she could just send Madara to another dimension, but again, we didn't see Madara use any of his new abilities before he was taken over. Maybe Madara unlocked the same ability as well.
