Well, what if Madara does the same thing and gained the ability to use Hiraishin during the Tobirama lol fight?

It's a possibility since Kishimoto likes Dragon Ball so much and the sharingan combined with sage mode's sensing ability can probably pull it off.

But then, you are right.

In those earlier chapters (Part 1),
Kishi did mentioned (admit) he did copy some ideas from another manga creator.
I discovered he did mentioned when i re-read the Naruto manga again.
Somehow most of us used Anime as Manga facts.....

Wouldnt be difficult, sharingan can copy anything that isnt a Kekkai Genkai. Sasuke even copied Sai's tech to make birds a couple issues back, its nothing to do it, Kakashi did it to Zabuza WHILE he was doing the jutsu.
