Okay, so basically after the sasuke and itachi vs kabuto fight, Sasuke pondered over Itachi's final words to him, and asked himself what a village and what a shinobi is, so now he's revived orochimaru to take him to meet 'the man who knows everything' who will tell him all he needs to know!
