Yet we see him right there in Obito's flashback of the chuunin exams. Kakashi being 6 when he became a chuunin puts him at 2 or so at that time.

Talented doesn't equal to powerful. That guy could be talented at throwing kunais or taking ninja test, but useless in battle.Lol
However the most talented and most powerful Uchiha to ever grace konoha can only be Uchiha Teuchi.

Personally, I don't buy into the databooks even if Kishi wrote them. It's not that I feel like he doesn't know what he is talking about, but I feel like he uses them to market his characters better.
Reason being is lot of things don't add up. They basically just put a bunch of hype sentences right next to the characters to make them each sound badass.
If you want facts, you read the manga and interpret what is true and false yourself. Other than that, I don't buy into any databook telling me what is true and what is not.
Several techniques have been said to be invincible and shields are said to be unbreakable. All this shit is is overviewing the attack and adding dramatic sentences to make it sound badass.
