The thing is, that Madara's rinnegan most likely deactivated after the incident with black zetsu. This means that without his Hashirama cells, Madara won't be able to access it again.
Nagato and Obito couldn't deactivate it, seeing as it wasn't their original eye.

They are needed to keep it e no longer has Indra chakras I'd be suprised if he has any chakra at all since e had both juubi and good masa extracted... I don't think he has enough chakra to use moth of the rinnegan techs at least most in one battle(that's if he still has them). I think he might be dead.

He also is in life threatening condition right now he should be dead if he lives which he probably won't he will have the same amount of chakra as he did as ems Madara.
