He also stated Madara is trying to come near his and even her power, meaning at least at that time, she was far more powerful. So, by default and hype, Kaguya is supposed to be stronger. The question is if Madara showed any feats that CLEARLY proved he is more powerful after that.

Naruto and Sasuke with the Rikudo upgrades were more than a match for Madara and completely outclassed one eyed Madara individually, they even countered everything Double Rinnegan Madara threw at them easily. Madara fans then say "yes, BUT, three eyed Madara is stronger!", However, this form of Madara has no actual battle feats.

On the other hand, Naruto/Saske didn't manage to faze Kaguya for most of the battle despite their upgrades. For instance, she destroyed more than one PS of Sasuke and Naruto used multiple extremely powerful Bijuu-Rasenshuriken on her - to no avail (one of these nearly destroyed one eyed Madara). Also, when she was in the Genesis dimesion and absorbed even more chakra, BZ stated she gained even more power. I have a hard time imagining a featless three eyed Madara would be more powerful.

It's not brainless, Kaguya is multiple times faster than Hashirama, meaning he won't be touching Sakura.

The only reason Sakura was able to 'touch' Kaguya was because kakashi put her in that position with his Susano and she was also focused on the 2 demigods trying to seal her.

It was only stated Kaguya has more chakra than Madara, yet he was Juubi Jin so his chakra was "Immesurable" anyway so that doesn't even matter. Sage told them that he already aquired his powers, and was aiming for Kaguya's. In this case I would agree with you, because the power difference is just too big to only rely on intelligence and other factors.

After Madara obtained his 3rd Rinnegan, he was not far from Kaguya in terms of power, but duo to lack of many other factors, like intelligence, easy distraction Kaguya would without any doubt lose to Warlord. When you get hit by Sakura, you clearly are lacking battle expierence.

People expected a personality, crazy ***** and also very intelligent woman. But it turns out to be that she had almost no char development, not even one clear backround and didnt say much either.

Actually, her power isn't the main reason she is my favourite. I like her for her character concept as a rare female antagonist and an overzealous mother-type villain. While not much of her personality and background was shown (which is of course a real shame), what was shown is enough for me to like her. I especially like the chapter where she cries in front of Naruto/Sasuke because of her conflicted relationship with her sons.

Besides, there are people with Indra-Avatars and sigs, being fans of a character that never appeared outside a flashback and never spoke a word.
