Itachi - Amaterasu/Tsukuyiomi in seconds.
Minato - Kyuubi mode -FTG in seconds.

Kaguya is very stupid and brainless, she would get outsmarted very hard by Madara, she may have more Chakra and Sheer Power, but Madara is so much smarter and has more "War" Experience as to fighting against Shinobies of his own level.
