So Madara spat out two of the Sage's tools and thought it was no big deal,however that could come back to bite him in the ass later.A villain should never give their enemies the possible means to defeat them,it happened with Aizen,Frieza,Cell,and a bunch of other anime villains.So I predict the tools will be used against Madara and since they can only be used by someone with immense chakra reserves, I predict Naruto if he recovers will be the one who gets them.
