Madara will be back, because they don't really have a good enough replacement villain if he dies. Only orochimaru but he's no Madara.
And even if he does die. He'll be back, just like he was edo'd.
Same with hashi and hagoromo sand kaguya at some point. They're all bound to come back, else they have to default to making a spin off series about naruto's son.
