No one from the world should be able to sense it despite being sensors. Naruto and Sasuke are the only ones who can do it since they have aspects of the sage's power. Also, no physical attack works and will pass right through. You specifically need Hagoromo's chakra to damage limbo (not senjutsu). Luffy has no chance, no more chance than someone without haki from Naruto has against a logia type.
