That is a good observation.

I won't make deductions based on the numbers of tomoes , cause Kishimoto was pretty lazy last chapters drawing rinnegans.
The tomoes could be disappearing , but that could be a mistake from Kishimoto's team , given that they don't seem to have spend a lot of time on those draws.

Why does Sasuke have 6 tomoes at the beginning of chap 674?He had 9 at the end of the chap 673!
