Madara is losing a piece of horn from his headband.

He's still plenty horny for a fight without it.

It likely means he has or is in the process of weakening Madara to the point where he can be defeated. Perhaps he will cause a change in Madara that Madara himself will not be aware, enabling his demise.

Its probably nothing, but if it was significant.

I'd say its a signal to the state of Madara's body. Because the headband horn thing, is a manifestation of Madara powers. So the question begs to be asked, why didn't it heal or recreate itself.

Is Madara body, just a static powerful shell with the only flaw being that once cracked it stays cracked....a signal to us, that Jubi inside doesn't heal its host.

But otherwise its probably nothing.
