I don't understand it either how madara came back to life but the 1st and 2nd hokage couldn't release the jutsu because orochimaru had them fully under his control while kabuto let madara free and do whatever he wants.

basically madara saw a chance to break free and he took it the senju bros wen they were summon didn't break out for watever reason but instead they were completely restrained there u hav it

In all honesty, they both look good in different ways. The one on the left is obviously just straight from the anime, and yours looks a lot more like art. :D

If you re-watch that episode you'll see that they are in a sort of trance like state immediately after being resurrected and Orochimaru used the tags before they were fully awakened.

Additionally Kabuto had control over his edo's actions (to the extent that they would fight whether they wanted to or not), and he didn't use any tags. It makes it safe to assume that some level of control is maintained by the summoner, regardless of tags.

No. And now I'm gonna write a thread about it. Orochimaru Edo Tensei was completely different because it FULLY CONTROLED the mind of the user. They had no chance to get out of the jutsu.
