sounds right. but i dont think it gives eternal youth. it just allows you to live longer. Or its the chakra/cells of hashirama dna that is giving him life force. and gedo is just a channel that allows him to absorb the chakra.

Also, we saw weak old looking edo nagato gain youthful appearance from absorbing narutos chakra. so shouldn't the rinnegans path allow youthful immortality? although, nagato was not old, he was just extremely weak from exerting all his chakra. but hes the only one that ever looks like that when he loses chakra. so idk wtf dsbkaljfkljfjshdfosdj
