Madara knew he would die soon so he and tobi searched for a child he could give his eyes
This kid was nagato
And they convinced yahiko to form akatsuki which should be lead by tobi
To accomplish their goal, the juubi
As soon as nagato is ready to use the rinnegan he shall revive madara
But before that they capture all the bijuus so madra can be the juubis jinchuriki

I know there are a lot of questions left like how could madra live so long
And who is tobi and so on

Fine theory, just one blaring fail... why the **** would he give Nagato eyes? Tobi can use them, so why wouldn't Tobi revive him? Even if he gave Nagato eyes, he'll have no eyes when he is revived and be useless, how will he get his eyes back from Nagato? Nagato wouldn't just hand over his eyes to Tobi + useless Madara, and those two together can't beat Nagato. So, your theory is flawed.

You DO NOT know how long I have been saying this..This is how it happened:
Madara and Hashirama had their last battle and everyone thought he died when secrety he didnt and Madara took a sample of Hashirama's DNA so that he could use Moukuton then shortly after that, He unlocked Rinnegan then he got sick like Itachi and decided that he would look for someone to give his eyes to and found Nagato a couple days before those Rain Shinobi attacked Yahiko and he killed them convinced him to form Akatsuki and revive him later in life but didn't.

And thats how Madara Uchiha knows Nagato

Oh and Madara gave his eyes to Nagato because he's an Uzumaki and they have strong chakra.

Yes,Madara convinced Nagato and Yahiko to form akatsuki after he and Tobi had found an Uzumaki since they had a lot of chakra to withstand the rinegaan chakra drain.
He didn't give it to Tobi because he had no senju dna then,that's why he was able to implant it on himself after he had taken the DNA.

Yea it sounds good, but then who is tobi, and what's in it for him?
Maybe in his search for Nagato, he was actually looking for an uzumaki, but someone purposely destroyed the eddy village to stop Madara's plan. What if who stopped it were the senju? Or the leaf in general? This would add such a big twist to the story, and would test Naruto's strength and will to forgive.

So then he found an uzumaki in Nagato, and the plan continued, but the problem still lies with tobi.
Maybe tobi is not an uchiha, and maybe he is Nagato's dad.
Far-fetched I know, but I'm just trying to fit these pieces together lol

Theres a hole in what you said.... Tobi took Itachi's eyes and gave them to Sasuke and when Itachi was revived he had his Mangekyou Sharingan.

And Madara gave his eyes to Nagato because Nagato is an Uzumaki and they have strong chakra.

And there arent many uzumakis left
So nagato is the perfect one to get the rinnegan

Nagato revived thousands, Tobi can't do one? He doesn't need to be a chakra tank to revive one, are you implying that Tobi is less than a thousandth of Nagato in terms of chakra? You also didn't even address the eye-less Madara point either.

Because kisame saw a long hair masked man in the past
But recognized the one with short hairs as the one with the long hairs

I addressed the eye-less Madara point with the Edo Itachi example...Tobi took Itachi's eyes and gave them to Sasuke..Therefore Itachi was eye-less and was revived with eyes so why couldnt Madara?
