How did he use kamui ? He is the juubi jin .. he has the juubi inside of him ... obito couldn't use kamui .. cause he has the juubi inside of him ... but Madara can .....cause of .. .. uh ... um....

Also how couldn't kakashi notice or sense madara coming at him ?

A lot of people are saying obito couldn't use kamui but that may not be the case.
It was never stated that he couldn't travel to kamui. He couldn't "let things pass through him" which isn't the same as just going to kamui, for instance like how when he traveled to the kamui dimension when he had to save naruto.
Obviously both techniques take him to kamui but Apparently, in different ways.
We can tell this b/c his "intangibility" (quotes b/c it's not really intangibility) is instant while when he travels the other way it takes some time.

Because he's worn out and Madara is faster than him now, or did you not see how fast he swooped clear across the battlefield in the blink of an eye and was able to block and dodge Naruto and Sasuke as well as Tobirama's FTG slash?

And he has hashirama cells/Dna or whatever, thats probably why he could transplant it so easily/quickly
