It's simple we kill... Kaguya nah jokes when you get sick obviously a bug has been introduced into your body thus making you sick therefore Kaguya taking ove uchiha madara

I'm pretty sure either kaguya or the juubi will take over madara later on. There's a reason why kaguya was introduced and there is a reason as to why she appeared in the manga last chapter.

Hmm...I will say that the possibility of her emerging within Madara is very likely at this point imho. As I've said before... I feel she will emerge when Madara has been weakened. Though... I'm still open to this not happening at all....in which case I'll be eager to see the response of those who adamantly thought she would control Madara, with that absolute thought unyielding.
