How could he have surpassed Hagoromo? Hagoromo without the juubi and on his deathbed created the moon. Do you think an old Madara without the Juubi could do the same? Especially when current Madara still can't.

He knew how to awaken it so of course he should have it. He even gave Sasuke something that could be the same.

I agree.... The Rikudou said he was trying to reach his power.... then went on to say the next step even his mothers power...... He has Kaguyas power so I'd say yes he has surpassed them both. Well technically, Madara had 2 lives. The first life was when his brother died, and started planning the Eye of the Moon Plan. He then died his first death when he detached from the Statue. The second life was when he was revived by Obito and became the jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails. Kaguya and Hagoromo only had 1 life each. But, if both of them had 2 lives, they would also be more powerful in their second life than when they were at their first life.

Ehh..perhaps you're right.

Despite not being a Jin, Kaguya was hyped to be stronger than Jin Hagoromo so I assume that the fruit grants more than just the Juubi's eye. Which means Madara will surpass her only if he eats the fruit.

As for Hagoromo..despite Madara still missing a part of the Juubi(50%Kurama is alot), I had thought the Juubi's eye would've made up for that. Although by Madara's own explanation, Hagoromo would've had the Juubi's eye as well...

1. his CT was nice but not moon creating level.
2. he has only just gotten his full power, and lacks experience and control with it. hagaromo had his powers almost since birth and probably spent years fighting juubi
3. madara lacks full juubi as theres still one half of kurama loose out there.
4. his overconfident personality can be taken advantage of, and creation of all things/amber sealing pot can both be used to take him out. it remains to be seen if amber pot would work on mads but still. its stated by kruama that it seals anything without fail.
