The theory is that because the jinchrukii were the original host's of their tailed beasts and they died as jinchurukki, they can still be compatible in death.

Hmmm, the difference is that the juubi is pure natual energy. It's true that senju+uchiha=so6p, but inhabiting the body of some fodder may be a different case. Other words, it's not the "actual" body. The natural energy might cause the body to reject it, or even transform it. Now you might be thinking, "what the hell he''s talking? It's Madara's body now!" i guess you cant strengthen sth that has already reached its peak and died.madara`s peak was EMS+WOOD+RINNEGAN and then he died.so he cant be modified anymore seeing as he is currently dead and already prepared as an edo.i hope this makes sense.as for jinchuurikis they had their bijuus inside of them before they died so no problem there
