But even in your case, it's arguable. Nagato lacks of mobility. Against someone as fast as Minato, it will be a problem.
Bee has much more raw power than Itachi. His only chance is if he seals him with totsuka, but Bee is not like Nagato who lacked of mobility. If he is not careless he could avoid it. And in this case, Bee is stronger than Itachi.
And Sasuke is noway stronger than Naruto. Naruto kills him all the day.xd

Naruto beats him the first time they met in part1. Genjutsus(tsukiyomi) doesn't work against jinchurikis. He can kawarimi Amaterasu also or simply avoid it. Minato is too fast for Nagato who can only barely move.

they only had one legitimate fight. from what we see now naruto has pretty big advantage. itachi>bee is pretty much common knowledge

Naruto beat Sasuke when? And genjutsu does work on Bee. It still took him a few seconds to get out of the one Sasuke put him in. Imagine Itachi's Tsukiyomi.
