Probably because the Chakra was unstabalized, since its being ripped off. There is no Chakra for IT, if you're referring to Kaguya's era. She was the only one to possess Chakra aside her son. Then Hagoromo became a Jinchuuriki and decided to spread the Shinju's Chakra: [

Why would you highly doubt that? 10 Tailed Beasts left the Gedo Mazo, not 9.

Where does it show 10 coming back out? It showed the rabbit one spitting Madara back out and then vanishing, making me to believe that was kaguya's "form" or "body" from the transformation moments before being sealed. It doesn't show the "rabbit" anywhere near them, and no one has also sensed its presence. She isn't coming back and if she does then ill kill a family because that would be bullshit
